Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Assist in the identification, hiring, and training of Procurement Engineers.</li><li>Ensure staff are adequately trained and perform work in accordance with SHINE’s quality assurance program for safety and non-safety receipt inspections.&nbsp;</li><li>Train and certify Procurement Engineers to perform quality receipt inspections (QRIs).</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and specifications during receipt inspection activities.</li><li>Interface with Engineering, Commercial Grade Dedication, and Procurement groups early in the purchasing process to determine procurement strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Interface with Procurement, Commercial Grade Dedication, and Project Controls organizations to develop and execute schedule activities for receipt inspection tasks.</li><li>Interface with Engineering organization to identify administrative and technical verifications to be performed during receipt inspections.</li><li>Lead receipt inspection processes for items purchased for safety-related and non-safety-related applications.</li><li>Maintain Over, Short, Damage, and Discrepant (OSDD) log.</li><li>Provide dispositions to OSDD reports, as applicable.</li><li>Develop and maintain operations budget for Procurement Engineering activities.</li><li>Maintain and update implementing procedures and instructions, as required.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
