      "content": "\n<li>Facilitate CBI classes, using evidence-based and standardized curriculum to the participants.</li>\n<li>Conduct class and facilitate individual sessions to develop release prevention/action plans and/or provide make-up work.</li>\n<li>Evaluate and document the progress of participants assigned to their classes.</li>\n<li>Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS.</li>\n<li>Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms and expectations for participations and completion.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institution, and CDCR contracted staff.</li>\n<li>Other related duties as assigned by the Contractor.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "<div>\n<div><strong>Required:</strong></div>\n<div>Counselor I: Must be registered with an organization approved by DHCS and obtain their AOD certification within five (5) years of registration date.</div>\n</div>\n\n<li>Understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse; appreciation for the behavioral, psychological, physical and social effects of drug abuse.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP is essential.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite and ARMS.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain sensitivity and objectivity under pressures generated by association with substance abuse treatment participants.&nbsp; Demonstrate ethical behavior in order to maintain professional standards and safeguard the participants.</li>\n<li>Protect and maintain program participants’ health, safety, welfare, and confidentiality of records and participant information.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Deliver treatment programming services to participants and conduct group and/or individual sessions.</li>\n<li>Effectively implement scheduled program curriculum. Leads and participates in face-to-face group and individual meetings utilizing motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic processes.</li>\n<li>Engage participants daily, reinforce group rules and expectation for participation and completion.</li>\n<li>Works directly with participants to develop and implement treatment/action plans and educate participants about supportive networks as they return to the community.</li>\n<li>Review treatment plans, evaluate and record treatment progress, records visible changes in appearance, behavior and demeanor of program participants.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintains accurate, timely, and confidential participant records. Evaluates and documents the progress of participants assigned to their groups.</li>\n<li>Completes all delivery documentation requirements. Summarizes participants’ background, treatment plan, and recovery process outcomes.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prepares accurate, concise, informative reports, records and plans that are consistent with Amity standards, and complies with applicable clinical and administrative rules.</li>\n<li>Liaise with transition/reentry staff, plans and prepares transitional documents as directed by CDCR for continued community program activities.</li>\n<li>Works collaboratively with CDCR, DRP, CCHCS and institution staff. Supports and collaborates co-faculty, including but not limited to Supervisors, Directors and Regional&nbsp;Directors.</li>\n<li>Participate in monthly, block, cross-training, curriculum training, technical assistance training, or other training as appropriate.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n"
