Overview This role combines senior defined contribution (DC) consulting expertise with national delivery leadership. You will lead complex client engagements while driving consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of DC projects. You will serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a leader of delivery teams, ensuring strong outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable delivery. Qualifications Requirements 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance, and administration Deep knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRC, ERISA) Proven experience leading large client relationships and delivery teams Strong leadership across both consulting and operational environments Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and collaborate across teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASPPA, CEBS) are a plus Additional Information This role includes a combination of client leadership and delivery leadership responsibilities Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and travel as needed DC Project Delivery Team Leadership Focus will be approximately 50% of your time with client responsibilities making up the remainder of your time Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,000 to $205,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
