The B&amp;O Saw operator will act in a manner that is consistent with Gordon Aluminum’s Customer 1st Philosophy.</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The general purpose of the B&amp;O Saw Operator is to control and operate metal saw and applicable processes using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Communicate with lead or supervisor to determine run schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Load and unload materials into and out of production equipment conveyors, and conveyances.</li><li>Set up, operate, or tend saw that cuts aluminum extrusions to specified dimensions.</li><li>Follow run schedule and retrieve materials needed.</li><li>Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard.</li><li>Count finished products or work pieces and record accurately.</li><li>Clean machines, work area, tooling, or parts, using solvents or solutions, brooms and rags.</li><li>Wear Common Protective or Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection while adhering to all general safety policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Federal, State, and local standards and regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding safety and standards of workplace behavior, in completing job duties and assignments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
