    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Analyze, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support of Baptist OneCare applications. &nbsp;Possess knowledge of clinical and operational systems as related to user security design and build. &nbsp;Perform system builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed. Support application analysts through all phases of implementation, optimization, and maintenance through security requirements. &nbsp;Work with cross-functional team and end users to achieve integration to meet clinical and/or business &nbsp;needs. Exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of original, creative, intellectual work. &nbsp;Incumbent is subject to callback and on-call as required. Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br>• Assists in implementation of clinical and revenue cycles systems and associated projects to meet&nbsp;<br>organizational objectives and strategies.&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Analyzes problems, recommends improvement and develops appropriate action plans utilizing Baptist Management System Tools to promote transformation and ensure successful &nbsp;implementation.&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Completes testing of security design and build using established standards and protocols.&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Provides ongoing support of Epic and other applications under area of responsibility.&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Performs assigned system and account security activities, including basic system testing, password and account maintenance, network and web application scanning, and identification of &nbsp;potential threats such as vulnerabilities or malicious activity, with oversight as needed.&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Uses established security tools and procedures to support authentication controls, breach &nbsp;response processes, and firewall or encryption reviews, escalating issues in accordance with defined protocols.&nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Assists in translating application and business requirements into documented security requirements, prepares routine status updates, and supports security risk analysis efforts by &nbsp;gathering data and providing input to senior analysts or leadership. &nbsp;</p><p><br>•&nbsp;Completes other duties as assigned.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p><p>3 years of experience supporting &nbsp;information systems, application &nbsp;security, or healthcare IT &nbsp;systems.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p><p>5 years of Exposure to clinical, revenue cycle, or operational healthcare applications (e.g., Epic or similar enterprise systems) preferred. Experience with system security design, user access provisioning, or role-based access controls preferred. Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, testing, or optimization efforts preferred.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p><p>Appropriate Technical &nbsp;Education/Training/Certification &nbsp;(Epic Security Certification and/or &nbsp;Entry-level or foundational &nbsp;certifications such as: CompTIA &nbsp;Security+ HCISPP or similar &nbsp;healthcare IT/security &nbsp;<br>credentials).&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p><p>Bachelors Degree or higher (in related field) OR equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Special Skills</strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p><p>Aptitude and skill in &nbsp;communicating and performing &nbsp;the techniques of information &nbsp;systems assessments.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p><p>Proven experience that demonstrates advanced knowledge of complex computer design and support.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Licensure</strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p><p>DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
