If you are looking for a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity!<br><strong><br>Position:&nbsp;</strong>Phlebotomist<p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Amherst, MA<br><strong>Hours:</strong> Per diem, typical hours Monday-Friday generally between 6:30am-5:00pm. Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact schedule to be discussed at time of interview.</p><p>As a Phlebotomist, the candidate must have the ability to collect blood from patients of all ages through venipuncture. A successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good customer service skills, and be proficient in computers, data entry, and the operation of equipment.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collecting samples from patients of all ages</li><li>Processing and accessions of clinical specimens</li><li>Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients</li></ul><p><strong>Required</strong> <strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Graduate from a Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program</li><li>Previous customer service or medical office experience</li><li>High School graduate or equivalent</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>CPT preferred, but not required</li><li>EMR experience preferred, Athena experience a plus</li></ul><p><em>If you do not meet all of the preferred qualifications, we strongly encourage you to apply and/ or inquire.
