Description Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As a Sales Zone Manager, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers. Responsibilities What you'll do... As a sales Zone Manager you will support 12-15 dealers on key Sales and Marketing initiatives. Typical work week will include 1 day in office team collaboration and 4 days traveling supporting in person dealer meetings. Deliver Ford monthly regional wholesale/MAP sales, share, and focus audience Ford Commitment Program Integrated Services Ford Blue Advantage Sales NPS Regional GTM Execution Tier 1-3 Marketing Alignment Qualifications You'll have... Education : Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field) Experience : 0-3 years of relevant professional experience Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate, both now and in the future Travel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed) Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license Even better, you may have...
