We deliver high-quality academic and therapeutic programming that supports meaningful learning outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>ExcelPrep offers two distinct programs for learners ages 3-13:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>PreK–8 Academic Program: Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching for core academics (reading, writing, math) in a structured, data-driven environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clinical ABA Program (Ages 3–13): Cognition-linguistically based ABA focusing on language, reasoning, executive functioning, social competence, and independence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Across ExcelPrep, we center:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct Instruction and instructional design</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Precision Teaching and data-based decision making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Behavior science research foundations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Occupational Therapy as a prioritized therapy alongside ABA for sensory-motor development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our mission is to provide a nurturing, academically focused learning environment where neurodiverse students develop strong academic foundations, cognitive-linguistic skills, and the confidence to succeed in school and beyond.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role: BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking an engaging, experienced BCBA to lead and oversee ExcelPrep’s ABA program in a school-based setting. You will work closely with teachers, OTs, and program leadership to ensure high-quality, data-driven behavioral services that support meaningful learning outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key focus areas:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, supervise, and develop the ABA program across the PreK–8 and Clinical ABA offerings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and supervise behavior analytic services, including functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and skill acquisition programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure treatment integrity and fidelity across RBTs and ABA staff; provide ongoing training and coaching</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align ABA goals with Direct Instruction/Precision Teaching and overall ExcelPrep objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use data-driven decision making to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with families, educators, OT staff, and program leaders; participate in progress reports and IEP/504 processes (as applicable)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead staff development on ABA best practices, data collection, and functional communication strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements; ensure documentation accuracy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA team members; conduct ongoing performance monitoring and supervision hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead FBA, develop BIPs, and implement functional communication and social-competence strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and refine skill acquisition plans; promote generalization and maintenance of skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate ABA services with ExcelPrep’s Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching framework</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and graph data; use data to guide program decisions and progress reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with families to support home strategies and carryover plans</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with OT and classroom staff to design accessible, sensory-friendly learning environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Document services and maintain regulatory and school policy compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to program planning, annual goals, and measurable outcomes for students</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; BCBA-D preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of pediatric ABA experience; supervisory/leadership experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with neurodiverse populations and sensory/motor considerations a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to design and supervise FBAs, BIPs, and skill acquisition programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and progress reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills;
