Job Description: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 Field Marketing Representatives Drive sales and lead generation through event marketing, community outreach, business-to-business prospecting, and residential canvassing Participate in field activities alongside the team to support sales goals and customer acquisition efforts Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on NECOA products and services Manage event execution, including setup, teardown, transportation, and inventory management Track team performance, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to improve results Ensure a positive customer experience and professional brand representation at all times Collaborate with leadership on staffing, scheduling, event planning, and territory strategy Travel throughout the Austin market to support events, sales initiatives, and team development Qualifications Proven management experience in retail sales, event sales, field marketing, or event marketing Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team Experience driving sales results through direct customer engagement and lead generation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a company event vehicle or van Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Austin area Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and transport event materials and equipment Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with event setup and teardown Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
