          "text": "<p><u><strong>MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA</strong></u></p><p><strong>Second shift position:&#xa0;Monday through Thursday 4:30PM - 5:00AM</strong></p><p><strong>SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL</strong></p><p>As Laborer you will be assigned to various production related tasks including drilling, cutting, bending, shaping, grinding, fitting, assembly, cleaning, scrap removal, tacking, burning, and moving material. You can learn the basics of specific jobs and operate basic machinery and tools following proper training.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Operate magnetic drills</li><li>Torque bolts</li><li>Grind&#xa0;steel products using various sized grinders</li><li>Operate cutting and heating torches</li><li>Layout, position, align, and fit together the fabricated parts of structural components according to shop drawing or prints and layout specifications</li><li>Tack welding</li><li>Unload&#xa0;raw materials and load&#xa0;finished steel products with the use of a forklift (requires completion of proper training and certification)</li><li>Perform trash and scrap removal; general cleaning and housekeeping in the shop as directed; run errands and perform in-house deliveries as necessary</li><li>Handle, move&#xa0;and turn&#xa0;production materials with overhead cranes</li><li>Stud weld and operate a stud welding machine</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned</li></ul>",

Repetitive motions of the hands, arms and upper body are frequently required. The nature of the position will require the employee to perform/maintain occasional awkward body positions including kneeling, bending and reaching. The range of physical activities includes pushing and pulling, operating mechanically assisted materials handling equipment, lifting and carrying heavy objects (60-100 lb) climbing and crouching. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.</p>",
