    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Intelligence Management Specialist </strong>to join our team at <strong>Fort Meade</strong>, supporting the <strong>United States Space Force (USSF)</strong>.  The Intelligence Management Specialist will provide advanced cryptologic support and non-kinetic analysis to help USSF subordinate units solve complex problems for warfighters worldwide. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver strategic level insights that support mission objectives. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide cryptologic support for the long-term, strategic planning of cryptologic tasks, and interact with internal and external personnel to refine requirements for planning objectives associated with the development of cryptologic initiatives and provide comprehensive reviews of detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide non-kinetic analysis to include cyber, EW, and behavior influence to support intermediate target development. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide engineering assessment and review of United States Electromagnetic Systems (USELMS) data files in support of Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure Combat Support Database (CSDB) studies are correctly formatted into the deliverables required by Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>analytical tradecraft support</strong> and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Guide and direct</strong> the multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monitor organizational compliance</strong> and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide executive-level oversight by validating and enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Draft/staff guidance, identify gaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required (Up to 15%)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience Level:</strong> Minimum of  16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA; or 10 years with MS/MA or 6 years with Ph.D.</li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>all-source analysis/cryptologic training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working with or in the USSF.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>USSF’s ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Fort Meade.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
