Guests can also pamper themselves at the Mahana Spa or grab a bite and drinks at 17° South Booze &amp; Bites featuring limited gaming.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Ensure proper maintenance of the resort through fulfillment of guest requests and on-going preventative maintenance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for completion of jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management, maintain logbooks.</li><li>Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets.</li><li>Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests.</li><li>Perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, carpeting, and concrete.</li><li>Proactively address any areas requiring maintenance or repair</li><li>Installation of major appliances.</li><li>Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner.</li><li>Understand the layout of the property, hotel rooms, and equipment.</li><li>Effectively handle and fulfill guest maintenance requests in a timely manner and complete all work orders.</li><li>Keep maintenance shop(s) clean and organized.</li><li>Maintain inventory log of all supplies to ensure par levels of stock items are on hand at all times.</li><li>Working knowledge of a 2-way radio.</li><li>Perform all other job requests as assigned by supervisors</li></ul>",
