    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Somnia Anesthesia | Full Scope | CRNA-only model | Top-tier Comp - $180/hour | Great Culture</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing all CRNA team at MyMichigan Medical Center- Tawas in Michigan. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Part-Time Rate: $180/hour </strong></li>\n <li><strong>2 weeks a month (Monday-Thursday, 10hr days)</strong></li>\n <li>Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice (W2 only)  </li>\n <li>401(k) | Flexible spending accounts </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Practice Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas</li>\n <li>4 ORs</li>\n <li>47 beds </li>\n <li>2,500 cases per year </li>\n <li>General, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, plastics | No heads, no hearts. </li>\n <li>Typical day: 7 am – 3 pm </li>\n <li>CRNA-only facility (surgeon supervised)</li>\n <li>Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off!
