The candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up &amp; operating CNC machines, performing first article processes using various measuring tools &amp; equipment, troubleshooting issues, ensuring the production of high-quality parts and maintaining machines. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about precision machining, this position is for you!</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Reports to: Production Manager</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Primary Responsibilities/Duties:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Setup &amp; Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and part accuracy.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Perform first article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues and production inconsistencies.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with the programming team to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and ensure equipment is in excellent working condition.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with G-code and M-code programming adjustments.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of machining principles and cutting tool applications.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&amp;T symbols.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Experience using precision measuring tools and performing quality checks.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a positive and professional attitude</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Work overtime as needed</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualities we look for:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Positive attitude and able to promote positivity in the workplace</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Good organization skills</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Punctual and reliable</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Open and willing to adapt to change</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Honesty</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Loyalty and dedication</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Self-Motivated</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Ability to motivate others</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Ability to confront workplace problems and resolve them in a positive and professional <br>manner</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Team player and promotes a team atmosphere</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Professional and able to bring others to a professional level</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Physical Demands:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must have the ability to lift 40+ lbs</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time near machines</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
