          "text": "<p>The Site Merchandising Specialist&#xa0;II&#xa0;is&#xa0;an essential role within the Site Merchandising organization. They will own and execute the seasonal product launch process, tracking down&#xa0;and managing&#xa0;product data, assets, maintaining and communicating&#xa0;ETA dates.&#xa0;This role will primarily focus on the&#xa0;Women’s Assortment to ensure&#xa0;we’re&#xa0;achieving business goals by&#xa0;leveraging&#xa0;our Site&#xa0;Merchandising&#xa0;tools across automations, product&#xa0;recommendations&#xa0;and&#xa0;the customer&#xa0;journey.&#xa0;This role will support and&#xa0;assist&#xa0;in key site merchandising strategies as well as interact and partner with many cross functional teams.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Owning &amp; executing the Seasonal Product&#xa0;Launch Process&#xa0;(12x/yr)&#xa0;and&#xa0;quarterly Product Creation Process&#xa0;</li><li>Assisting the Site Merchandising Manager with key strategic initiatives to continue to drive financial targets and achieve KPIs&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Maintaining the accuracy&#xa0;and completeness&#xa0;of on-site product data&#xa0;and execution of larger online merchandising strategies.&#xa0;</li><li>Key Partnership with Site Experience, Product, Technology, Marketing, Creative and Customer Service&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;in gathering analytics and metrics for&#xa0;performance and recaps for weekly, monthly &amp; seasonal reporting needs</li><li>Partner with Site&#xa0;Merchandiser, Site Merchandising Manager&#xa0;&amp;&#xa0;Site Experience to&#xa0;determine&#xa0;and deliver&#xa0;customer&#xa0;journey flow for content planning and asset requests&#xa0;through&#xa0;copy &amp; creating&#xa0;briefing process,&#xa0;including&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;up-to-date&#xa0;brief details in Asana.&#xa0;</li><li>Intaking feedback on areas of opportunity through open communication with&#xa0;cross&#xa0;functional&#xa0;teams&#xa0; Customer&#xa0;Service&#xa0;team&#xa0;to&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;best in class online&#xa0;experience&#xa0;</li></ul>",
