This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow into greater responsibility over time.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You Will Do</strong><br>This role offers exposure to large-scale residential community development and entitlement processes across multiple Florida markets. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management and oversight of land development projects at various stages, while partnering with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and local agencies to support project execution.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position works under the guidance of senior development leadership and provides valuable exposure to all phases of land development.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key responsibilities include:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with permitting and development projects, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and local governments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the creation and tracking of project budgets, schedules, and feasibility analyses</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Solicit, review, and evaluate bids and proposals from consultants and contractors; provide internal recommendations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in monitoring project schedules, milestones, and goals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings to align planning, construction, and aesthetic objectives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help identify consultants and assess permitting, entitlement, scheduling, and material risks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support oversight of the permitting and entitlement process, including attending key meetings with officials as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with construction bid, award, and contractor selection processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend construction meetings and visit job sites to evaluate progress</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage invoices and track project expenses</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Represent ICI Homes on Homeowner Association (HOA) and Community Development District (CDD) Boards as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5 years of real estate land development experience, including at least 2 years in project management, real estate transactions, architecture/engineering, or infrastructure construction management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural and engineering plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with community stakeholders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Commitment, tenacity, and accountability to help deliver projects on time and within budget</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to travel to job sites</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Quick learner with a desire to grow into increased leadership responsibilities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Community Development Districts (CDD) is a plus</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why ICI Homes</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At ICI Homes, we take pride in building exceptional communities while investing in the growth and development of our team members.
