Develops individualized wellness programs\nthat ensure client safety and the enhancement of personal fitness goals. Builds\na connection with members to help keep them actively engaged at the Y.</p>\n\n<p class=\"msonormal\">Requires:</p>\n\n<p class=\"msonormal\">1.) Physically being capable of assisting clients in their\nfitness activities, including bending, pulling, stretching, straining,\nkneeling, gripping and frequent lifting of weights. </p>\n\n<p class=\"msonormal\">2.) Must be a certified Personal trainer thru the American\nCollege of Sports Medicine, National Sports and Conditioning Association, the\nAerobics and Fitness Association of America or other nationally recognized\ncertifying body or a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education or\nExercise Science. </p>\n\n<p class=\"msonormal\">3.) Must have CPR and AED certification or obtain upon hire.</p>\n\n<p class=\"msonormal\">4.) Previous experience working with a diverse population\npreferred.</p>\n",
