You’ll play an important role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong><strong> </strong>2-2-3 rotating schedule | Day shift (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Unload trucks delivering alcohol and manage bulk receiving activities safely and accurately.</li>\n <li>Operate blending, batching, filtering, and transfer processes according to approved formulas, SOPs, and production schedules.</li>\n <li>Monitor inventory, tank readings, and documentation to support accurate production and lab approvals.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards while keeping work areas clean and organized.</li>\n <li>Support operational goals by helping improve efficiency, reduce waste, and collaborate across departments to meet production targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, processing, or batching environment.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with processing, batching, or blending operations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food/beverage manufacturing standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
