Manager performs administration tasks and maintains proper communication with upper management Monitors and enhances core performance utilizing the continuous improvement process to achieve plant goals. Oversee and establish all training required necessary to improve plant safety, cleanliness, and productivity.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Functions:</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Oversee the tasks and train subordinates on proper sanitation SSOp&rsquo;s.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory product quality standards, sanitation standards, food safety standards, employee safety and environmental standards, and enforces GMPS&rsquo;s and implements HACCP processes and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports current and future plant KPI&rsquo;s (Examples but not limited to, Sanitation Effectiveness, Air Quality, EMPC and Chemical usage.)</li><li>Maintain proper communications with upper management as well as production, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse departments.</li><li>Oversee and train subordinates and help with their development.
