          "text": "<p><strong>Job Title:</strong>&#xa0;Porter Manager<br>\n<strong>Schedule:&#xa0;</strong>Full Time<br>\n<strong>Pay:</strong>&#xa0;$50,000-$60,000 annually - Based on experience</p><p><strong><u>Benefits/Perks</u></strong></p><ul><li>Medical, dental, life, and short-term disability, 401K&#xa0;</li><li>Vacation Paid Time based on years of service</li><li>Automotive&#xa0;discounts</li><li>Opportunities for advancement!&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Must have prior Porter Manager or Managerial Experience.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage (lead, train, hire, and oversee) our porter staff making certain the following duties are performed seamlessly.</li><li>Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.</li><li>Make certain all new and pre driven deliveries are performed as to Nissan’s set standards</li><li>Stock in both new and pre driven vehicles</li><li>Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management staff and in accordance with dealership display standards.</li><li>Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.</li><li>Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.</li><li>Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.</li></ul>",
