Contribute to long-term planning for Infrastructure solutions related to hosting Design, implement, and operate enterprise solutions based on RHEL Linux, Windows Server OS, container orchestration platforms, Broadcom VCF, and systems that enable emerging technologies such as AI/ML workloads. Design, implement, and operate Cisco UCS server hardware Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application development, and security to ensure solutions meet organizational needs Manage and maintain infrastructure lifecycle operations, workload domain configuration, and integration with storage and network platforms. Documents knowledge acquired and technical specifications into a knowledge management system. This includes adhering to established documenting standards. Coordinate the adoption of new procedures resulting from software and hardware changes, including the development of system specifications, documentation, training, and communication plans. Performs analysis on (including performance and capacity) as well as recommending quality complex solutions Understand and applies the various IT methodologies which include project management, development, service management, and system architecture. Follow ITIL based service management processes (Change, Incident, Request) This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
