Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate activities of line leads and packaging personnel across multiple packing lines.</li><li>Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.</li><li>Ensure accurate and consistent application of labels, clamshells, cartons, and packaging materials.</li><li>Maintain close communication with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams.</li><li>Enforce compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).</li><li>Address line stoppages, quality issues, or equipment problems promptly and effectively.</li><li>Train new and existing employees on job duties, safety procedures, and line expectations.</li><li>Track and report packaging performance metrics, yields, and labor utilization.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.</li></ul>",
