This role serves as a subject matter expert and the primary point of integration between design, field operations, subcontractors, and project management—identifying constructability and coordination issues, supporting schedule and procurement planning, overseeing commissioning efforts, and ensuring successful turnover of MEP/FP systems from preconstruction through closeout.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout, including commissioning and turnover readiness.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to </span><span>identify</span><span> constructability issues, </span><span>coordination</span><span> conflicts, and project risks.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in design and coordination meetings with consultants, owners, and project teams to drive system integration decisions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Evaluate MEP subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and prequalification packages to support buyout and procurement decisions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> MEP schedules and sequencing plans in partnership with the project team to align field execution to milestones.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee MEP coordination workflows including shop drawings, BIM/clash detection, and field installation planning to enable efficient execution.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Track MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders to support </span><span>timely</span><span> approvals, issue resolution, and </span><span>accurate</span><span> documentation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate field inspections, testing, balancing, startup, and commissioning activities; collaborate with commissioning agents to verify performance and documentation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Troubleshoot MEP system issues with subcontractors and project teams to resolve deficiencies and prevent rework.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assess MEP-related cost impacts and value engineering options and communicate progress, risks, and performance through regular reporting.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Essential Skills &amp;
