Our customer service and sales teams work collaboratively to provide responsive support and tailored solutions while maintaining a people-focused culture for both employees and customers. Position Overview We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Romeoville team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication and organization are essential. As a primary point of contact for customers and internal departments, this position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
