The Lead also partners with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors while providing a high degree of technical knowledge, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Monitor all badge and access applications via service tickets and access management systems.</li>\n <li>Monitor and respond to badging, access management, and visitor management system outages and technical issues while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and business continuity.</li>\n <li>Manage access permission groups to ensure all information on the owner, approver, and secondary approver is updated.</li>\n <li>Oversee the management of access levels creation, request, and level modification in the access control system.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices.</li>\n <li>Partner with space owners to review restricted spaces and maintain updated audit access report.</li>\n <li>Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance for the development of solutions while understanding and analyzing different technology solutions.</li>\n <li>Capture business requirements and workflows and provide solutions to meet customer needs.</li>\n <li>Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.</li>\n <li>Manage assigned projects and related issues, coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolution and delivery</li>\n <li>Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for badge equipment maintenance, system upgrades, and technical support services.</li>\n <li>Perform other badge and physical identity area access management related duties as assigned by the client.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers are met.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Graduate with least four years of access control/badging and security systems management and customer service experience. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Effective English written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient use of Lenel access management system or similar.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of badge printing platforms and basic understanding of printer hardware used for credential production, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Able to adapt to a fast paced, high demand and dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Responsive and responsible attitude.</li>\n <li>Client orientated and results driven.</li>\n <li>Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation.</li>\n <li>Attentive to details and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Able to manage business stakeholders remotely and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Computer skills; Microsoft Office.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting.</li>\n <li>Travel, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>",
