Working closely with developers, product managers, and marketing specialists, you will design seamless interfaces that enhance usability and drive user engagement. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">5+ years of experience as a product designer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience working with FinTech, Crypto, or Web3 products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proven ability to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-driven insights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and design tools such as Figma.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to contribute to and maintain a design system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A portfolio showcasing successful product design projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
