This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact on justice-involved individuals through counseling, crisis support, and care coordination.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide individual and group counseling</li><li>Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans</li><li>Deliver trauma-informed care and crisis intervention</li><li>Collaborate with correctional and clinical staff</li><li>Coordinate post-release care for continuity of services</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree (or enrollment in a master&rsquo;s program) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field</li><li>Licensure in Ohio or license eligibility</li><li>Experience or training in trauma, crisis intervention, diagnosis and treatment of substance use disorders and related mental health issues&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to maintain professional boundaries and relationships within a correctional setting</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Valid Ohio driver&rsquo;s license and insurable driving record</li><li>Eligibility for NPI and Ohio Medicaid billing</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Two years of continuous sobriety if in recovery</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Bonus Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience in correctional, forensic, or community mental health</li><li>Training in suicide assessment and crisis de-escalation</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Why Join OneEighty?</strong></h3><p><strong>Hope starts here.</strong> We&rsquo;re a private nonprofit serving Wayne and Holmes counties with addiction, domestic violence, and behavioral health services.
