We are leaders in the industry with a proven process for success. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roofer/Roofing Skilled Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems on commercial buildings. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Our search is currently limited to qualified candidates living within the Hampton Roads commuting area.</span></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL ROOFING.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist Roofers and Foremen on commercial roofing projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Work includes the installation of new roofs and re-roof and/or repair of existing roofs in occupied buildings for all major roofing systems, including Modified Bitumen, Single-Ply &amp; Metal.
