This role is responsible for screening, evaluating, diagnosing, and supporting students with speech, language, communication, fluency, voice, articulation, auditory comprehension, cognitive-communication, and augmentative and alternative communication needs.</p>\n<p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1470\">The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide both direct and consultative services, develop and implement legally compliant Individualized Education Programs, collaborate with families and school teams, and support students’ access to instruction and participation in the school environment. This position plays an important role in supporting students with disabilities and ensuring services are delivered in alignment with student needs, compliance requirements, and Rocketship’s mission.</p>\n</div>"

data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1751\">Deliver direct and indirect services aligned to students’ Individualized Education Programs and identified educational needs.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tuyjcy\" data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1968\">Address student needs related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, pragmatic language, cognitive-communication, auditory comprehension, and augmentative and alternative communication.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"n8k83f\" data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2129\">Support students’ communication skills so they can access instruction, participate in classroom activities, and engage meaningfully in the school environment.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"179of6j\" data-start=\"2130\" student screenings and assessments related to speech, language, voice, fluency, articulation, communication, and augmentative and alternative communication needs.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"707wv0\" data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2684\">Prepare clear, thorough, and compliant evaluation reports and documentation.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ml7hcv\" data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2786\">Develop high-quality, legally compliant IEP goals, service recommendations, and intervention plans.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"du2xwk\" data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2897\">Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, staff meetings, and other required meetings.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"77gdjr\" data-start=\"2898\" data-end=\"3022\">Present evaluation findings, student present Consultation</h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"4128\">\n<li data-section-id=\"fgbglu\" data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3446\">Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, families, related service providers, and other members of the student support team.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1g5yn7k\" data-start=\"3447\" data-end=\"3591\">Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding speech and language needs, classroom strategies, accommodations, and interventions.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kh2sg\" data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3719\">Support pre-referral interventions and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports, as appropriate.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"144euz\" data-start=\"3720\" data-end=\"3820\">Provide professional development,
