          "text": "<ul><li><strong>Pay:</strong>&#xa0; <strong>$33–$42/hr base pay</strong>&#xa0;(based on experience) <strong>+ year end bonus</strong></li><li>+ <strong>$2/hr</strong> shift differential&#xa0;for hours worked&#xa0;5pm-5am&#xa0;</li><li>💰&#xa0;Average Annual: <strong>$85K–$107K</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Night Shift:</strong> Monday-Thursday 5pm-5am<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Location</strong>: <strong>Douglassville, PA</strong>&#xa0;(Serving Reading, Pottstown, Royersford, Phoenixville, Limerick, Elverson, Exeter, Birdsboro, Boyertown, and surrounding areas)</p><p>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>Maintenance&#xa0;Te</strong><strong>chnician (electro-mechanic)&#xa0;</strong>who’s strong in <strong>mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting.</strong>&#xa0;You’ll keep production equipment running safely and efficiently while helping improve reliability across the plant.</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot using electrical schematics and multimeter/megger to diagnose electrical issues.</li><li>Properly size components and cabling for new electrical systems.</li><li>Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IO’s, OL’s, contactors, relays, break resisters and various other electrical components.</li><li>Maintain, install, troubleshoot VFDs, programmable sensors, SCADA, HMI, and PLCs.</li><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, gear boxes, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, and augers.</li><li>Test malfunctioning machinery, identify parts needed and complete repairs.</li><li>Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.).</li><li>Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pressure issues, large cylinders, sensors, proportional valves, solenoids &amp; pumps.</li><li>Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.</li><li>Document and perform all preventative maintenance tasks as required to maintain equipment dependability.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
