The other half of your time will involve providing exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences and maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property.&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactively responding to sales leads, promoting the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities</li>\n <li>Inviting and scheduling prospective residents for community tours, employing effective selling techniques to close deals&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Supporting community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence, offering input on advertising campaigns&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Effectively explaining lease provisions and community policies, ensuring comprehensive move-in activities and conducting orientations for new residents</li>\n <li>Ensuring resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution</li>\n <li>Efficiently managing leasing documents, processing payments, and ensuring completion of move-in procedures</li>\n <li>Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday: 9am-6pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Need To Thrive:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Strong customer service/customer facing orientation: Retail Sales, Hospitality</li>\n <li>Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using property management software &amp; Google Suite</li>\n <li>Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf&nbsp; cart) in their role.
