May work any time during which the store is open.</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY: </strong>Receive and fill customer’s orders, weigh items, packages items, lists and totals prices, stocks shelves with new merchandise and performing other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong>Must be able to communicate pleasantly and efficiently with all customers, vendors and fellow employees, under all circumstance.</p><p><strong>PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:</strong></p><ol><li>At all times provide pleasant and efficient customer service.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of product and its uses.</li><li>Keep work table, display cases, slicers, sinks and utensils clean at all times.</li><li>Must complete assigned duties on a daily basis.</li></ol><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Unload boxes of freight in the storage area; place containers and package materials on a four or six-wheeled cart and push cart to the designated area to restock packaging supplies.</li><li>Bake French bread by placing in the oven. At times will slice bread using a bread slicer; package bread by placing in a plastic bag and twist tie.</li><li>Place doughnuts, cookies, and other baked goods into the display cases.</li><li>Package baked goods by placing items in containers, place on the scale and weigh items, operate label machine and place labels on the containers.</li><li>Answer phones and address customer's inquiries. Take orders from customers in person and via telephone by writing down the order.</li><li>Rotate product on shelves ensuring the oldest date is in the front.</li><li>Wash kitchen utensils; load pans into the dishwasher; stack pans off racks.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p>",
