We are looking for Designers who will be creative partners to our writers, video directors, editors, motion designers and social strategists, and know how to work as part of a team with Strategists and Account Managers. We're looking for your clever and impactful visual solutions.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Details</span><br>Job Title: Designer<br>Position: Independent Contractor<br>Contract: To be discussed. Potentially 3-6 months of approximately 20 hours per week</p>\n<p>Rate: Based on experience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Foundational</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Thorough understanding of social platforms, design requirements and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Confidence in a range of design disciplines including branding, print, social and video.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to problem solve and multitask while applying marketing and brand strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident public speaker.</span></li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for collaboration, respect and team spirit round things off.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A few years of working with medium to large-sized brands is foundational to this role. Professional experience in a design/creative agency is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Experience working with a variety of design authoring software applications including <span>Figma, Adobe Create Suite, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets. (Some jobs may require additional applications which will be discussed before starting.)</span><br></li>\n<li>An eye for detail and a passion for beautiful visual solutions is a must.</li>\n<li>Fine-tuning typography, grids and brand elements should be second nature.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #16212d; font-size: 15px\">Ability to build and prepare design files for final print output with efficiency and accuracy.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Successful contractors will be able to contribute to website redesigns, advertising campaigns and everything in between. </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">No matter the specialty, Origin team members are expected to bring positivity, energy and passion to the job day in and day out. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Sound like you?
