The Nurse Educator, in consultation with the Nursing Manager is responsible for overall planning and implementation of an educational program to address the needs of the staff, patients and their family. The Nurse educator provides development and leadership in the areas of clinical practice, education, research and quality improvement. The Nurse Educator is an experienced nurse who is an expert in the assigned clinical area. The Nurse Educator is a role model for staff in client/family care.
