    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary: &nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>As a Service Technician the responsibilities are to complete spooling to Coil Tubing units in an accurate and timely manner within the specifications NOV CT/PP. Working in the Service Department may require a flexible work schedule including overtime and on call depending on the needs of the customers.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Loading and unloading of customer units. Setup and teardown of coil tubing spools, reels and operate rigging equipment &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete tasks within the specifications of NOV CT/PP Canada and the designated QA System&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete all documentation associated with service work, parts used, time keeping&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain all safety standards. Health and Safety policies and Provincial regulations&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure that all safety and mechanical equipment being used is well maintained&nbsp;</li>\n <li>&nbsp;All other assigned or associated tasks and duties to help meet or exceed the customer expectations and company goals.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Learning other product groups outside of CT/PP, within facility, dependent on work flow requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In House training, but previous coil experience an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>HSE Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Shop environment, warehouse and working indoors/outdoors. Possibility to be exposed to dust, fumes, or gases &nbsp;and changes of temperature/humidity&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Possible physical requirements: squatting, bending, lifting, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, reaching, twisting, crawling, climbing, ladder work, and working near moving equipment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>First Aid, forklift, overhead crane training is a beneficial to this role&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Required to wear steel toe boots, safety glasses or side shields, hard hat, and ear protection.
