          "text": "<p>Today, CS Group USA&#xa0; is looking for&#xa0;<strong>&#xa0;Model Base Developer Engineer&#xa0;</strong>&#xa0;to create/modify embedded system / software design and run associated test and interpret the results to ensure correctness.</p><p>The role is onsite, Hartford, CT</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Expert in Bodle Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink and scripting using MATLAB.</li><li>Exposure on Control Modeling, Model troubleshooting, and Requirement management.</li><li>Creating/fixing/modifying the design of engine control laws;</li><li>Experienced in functional and logical decomposition of system and develop requirements.</li><li>Experienced in converting document-based to model-based architectures.</li><li>Implemented model-based architecture and engineering methods and standards.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency with Python.</li><li>Independently execute according to project plans.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with quality objectives and drive results through leadership and collaboration.</li><li>Reviewing the accuracy and completeness of design work performed by other team members;</li><li>Effectively and timely communicate with project team and leadership to enable quick issue resolution.</li><li>Able to work in alignment with regulatory compliance standards.&#xa0; DO-178C and DO-330 preferred.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>B.S., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science;</li><li>U.S. citizenship is required.&#xa0; Dual citizenship should be disclosed.</li><li>Have or able to obtain security clearance is preferred</li><li>Significant&#xa0;experience with <strong>Cameo&#xa0;Systems Modeler</strong></li><li>6+ years’ experience in modeling, simulation, and analysis.</li><li>10+ years’ industry experience.</li><li>System knowledge in Turbomachinery &amp; aircraft engines;</li><li>Experience in working with DO-178C and DO-331 standards</li><li>Experience in working with ARP 4754 is strongly preferred</li><li>Interest in troubleshooting complex hardware, system and software problems;</li><li>Software Knowledge: Model-based Development Matlab/Simulink, DOORS (or equivalent Requirement Management System), SVN (Subversion);</li><li>Basics in protocols CAN, ARINC, RS-422, Ethernet;</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal skills, team-player;</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead work packages.</li></ul>",
