The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering with sound understanding in the field. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist smooth running IT operations of the assigned region, including office network, internet devices, and computer systems.</li><li>Assist in design, development, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure to proactively plan for future organizational growth.</li><li>Keep record of inventory.</li><li>Plan procurement of IT equipment and liaise with local peripheral vendors/ISP’s as and when required for IT infrastructure management.</li><li>Working with the team hands-on, when required, to ensure continuous operations at all times.</li><li>Help oversee timely resolution of IT support tickets raised by company employees.</li><li>Keep close eye on information security in the organization and implement information security policies.</li><li>Have a professional and empathetic relationships with all other organizational teams and act in alignment with organizational needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).</li><li>Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.</li><li>Basic knowledge of remote desktop software and tools.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues</li><li>Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques and tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of endpoint security tools.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>",
