    "description_html": "<p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the day-to-day operations of Restaurant and Bowling Lanes service, ensuring all service and product standards are exceeded.</li><li>Meets regularly with department manager to ensure service goals, training needs, and all departmental goals remain on target.</li><li>Assist in supporting all F&amp;B departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.</li><li>Assist Restaurant Manager and HR Manager in selection, training and development of all restaurant team members to ensure timely recruitment, training, and career growth.</li><li>Promotes development through well planned cross training programs.</li><li>Assist in department schedules as initiated by the Restaurant Manager.</li><li>Assist in development of daily floor charts for Servers.</li><li>Ensures the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek ways to improve product and service as well as increase volume and profits</li><li>Consistent maintenance and refinement of service, bar/beverage standards through team work.</li><li>Collaborates with the bartenders in refinement of successful seasonal bar menu turns and drink specials as directed by Director of F&amp;B.</li><li>Assures consistent maintenance of F&amp;B systems and control procedures in all restaurant operations.</li><li>Assist in control of F&amp;B, labor and operating expenses within the restaurant department.</li><li>Ensures all F&amp;B operations meet sanitation and safety compliance for FOH.</li><li>Periodically checking TABC and Food Handler compliance.</li><li>Consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging service to guests and team members.</li><li>Table Touching to ensure complete Guest Satisfaction.</li><li>Effectively train FOH Team members in Open Table.</li><li>Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager.</li><li>Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance for all Team Members.</li></ul>",
