          "text": "<p>Leadership &amp; Team Management:</p><p>· Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to site supervisors, ensuring effective communication of work schedules, safety protocols, and project objectives.</p><p>· Monitor site supervisor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address issues proactively to maintain high standards of quality and safety.</p><p>· Promote a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging development and collaboration.</p><p>· Lead and guide the team by our company Leadership Principles, ensuring full engagement and commitment.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Operational Oversight &amp; Service Delivery:</p><p>· Collaborate closely with Account Managers and project stakeholders to plan and execute site activities aligned with project timelines and budgets.</p><p>· Oversee progress tracking, manage change requests, and address deviations or claims efficiently.</p><p>· Provide hands-on support in mechanical or welding tasks when necessary to resolve critical on-site issues.</p><p>· Ensure smooth coordination of internal teams and subcontractors for optimal resource utilization.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Compliance &amp; Collaboration:</p><p>· Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, internal policies, and external regulations across all sites.</p><p>· Review and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), ensuring all site supervisors implement them effectively.</p><p>· Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal departments (e.g., HSE, Site Support, Account Management) and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</p><p>· On-time project delivery and adherence to budget targets.</p><p>· High compliance rates with QHSE standards and minimized safety incidents.</p><p>· Effective resolution of technical and operational challenges on site.</p><p>· Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders on site management and performance.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experiences:</p><p>· Higher education or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.</p><p>· 5+ years of experience in site supervision or field service within large industrial or construction environments.</p><p>· Proven expertise in contractor management, QHSE compliance, and team leadership.</p><p>· Comfortable working in a matrix organization.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Personal Attributes:</p><p>· Strong awareness of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system and commitment to safe work practices.</p><p>· Solution-focused, proactive, and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills.</p><p>· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to present ideas clearly and foster collaboration.</p><p>· Detail-oriented with keen observational skills to identify and escalate issues promptly.</p><p>· Natural leader with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.</p><p>· Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) and work on multiple sites as required.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>This job description is indicative and not exhaustive.
