text-decoration-color: initial;\"><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.</li><li>Show up on time.</li><li>Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.</li><li>Assisting with machine operation</li><li>May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.</li><li>Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.</li><li>Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lift up to and including 50 pounds (50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.</li><li>Be physically capable of loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day.</li><li>Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.</li><li>Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.</li><li>Ability to work independently with general instructions.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to make independent judgments which have a moderate impact on the company.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>$15.00 an hour. &nbsp;Paid bi-weekly.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><strong>EEO Statement:</strong></p><p>Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
