We maintain a professional, supportive workplace and invest meaningfully in the people who help us do great work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What this role involves</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Crew leadership</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct and support teams of 2–5, building skills and keeping standards high on every site.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hardscape construction</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead installation of retaining walls, paving stone patios, pathways, steps, and structural elements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Site coordination</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage daily operations, materials sequencing, scheduling, and progress reporting.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You'll also read and execute design plans accurately, operate and oversee equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, sod cutters), conduct regular site inspections, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate directly with the design and management teams to keep projects on time and on standard.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and benefits</span>    </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full health and dental coverage</li>\n<li>Company vehicle and fuel card</li>\n<li>Performance bonus at year-end</li>\n<li>Paid training and development</li>\n<li>Defined paths for advancement</li>\n<li>Golf membership and other perks</li>\n<li>Salary commensurate with experience</li>\n<li>$5,000 signing bonus after 8 months</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for</span><br>Experience:</p>\n<p>5+ years in landscape construction; 3+ years supervising crews in a field leadership role</p>\n<p>Technical skills:</p>\n<p>Proven hardscape expertise (retaining walls, paving stones); confident operating skid steers and mini excavators</p>\n<p>Licensing:</p>\n<p>Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract (Class 1 or 3 a plus)</p>\n<p>Certifications:</p>\n<p>CSTS 2020 and Standard First Aid required; Leadership for Safety Excellence is a strong asset</p>\n<p>Physical requirements:</p>\n<p>Able to manage physically demanding outdoor work and lift 50+ lbs; flexible with hours as projects require</p>\n<p>Eligibility:</p>\n<p>Must be legally authorized to work in Canada</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ready to Apply?</p>\n<p>If this sounds like the kind of role you've been working toward, we'd like to hear from you.
