Journeyman Card and/or 8 years of training preferred.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Ability to assemble details on to die set.</li><li>Ability to develop trim line.</li><li>Understand die details on detail prints as well as layout details for machining.</li><li>Understand timing, delivery, and quality requirements.</li><li>Good communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.</li>"
