      "content": "<div>\n<ul data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1665\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program <strong>or</strong>&nbsp;current, active Colorado license <strong>or</strong>&nbsp;EMT certification</li>\n<li>3+ years of MA/EMT experience</li>\n<li>Strong patient-facing and communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needs</li>\n<li>Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic site</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
