This role ensures field execution aligns with project schedules, budgets, company standards, and safety requirements while leading crews and coordinating with project management.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct daily field inspections to assess work progress, performance quality, and adherence to safety standards</li><li>Ensure projects stay on schedule by following established project development and execution processes</li><li>Manage multiple job sites simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed</li><li>Monitor materials, workmanship, and installation quality at all project phases</li><li>Enforce all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements across job sites and subcontractors</li><li>Develop and implement work plans, staffing strategies, and crew assignments for each project phase</li><li>Coordinate closely with Project Managers regarding labor, equipment, and resource needs</li><li>Maximize crew productivity and equipment utilization while maintaining efficiency and cost control</li><li>Promote and enforce company safety programs; address violations, incidents, and corrective actions</li><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to foremen and field personnel</li><li>Support foremen in daily crew management and production oversight</li><li>Resolve field issues and project challenges in a timely and effective manner</li><li>Maintain strong communication and teamwork across all field and office personnel</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and applicable building codes</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial construction</li><li>At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (Superintendent/Foreman level preferred)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute education)</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple job sites across Metro DC area</li><li>Ability to work in varying environments including heights, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions</li><li>Physically able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform field-based duties as required</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Spanish fluency preferred but not required</li></ul>INDH",
