Your role is to enable technical excellence and remove friction, not simply coordinate delivery. You will: Mentor Staff Engineers, Tech Leads, and Senior Engineers Unblock complex technical problems Drive strong engineering decisions across the team Build and Scale Backend Systems FloQast operates a large-scale SaaS platform used by thousands of companies and millions of financial workflows.
