Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with area producers through regular on-farm visits, phone calls, and digital communication. Recommend and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to each grower’s operation and goals. Work closely with customers to develop agronomic plans that drive both short-term yield gains and long-term profitability. Identify new sales opportunities and actively grow your customer base. Deliver exceptional customer service—following through on commitments and serving as a reliable resource year-round. Stay current with agronomic trends, new technologies, and precision ag tools to provide the best possible solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service, efficient logistics, and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in Ag Retail, Agronomy Sales, or a related agricultural field. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships effectively. Proven ability to generate new business while maintaining existing customer accounts. Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products required. A self-motivated, results-driven professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Proficiency with technology and digital tools used in precision agriculture and account management.
