Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Welcoming new clients and introducing them to their primary treatment team.</li><li>Assessing and communicating any unique needs of new clients to the treatment team and ensuring those needs are addressed.</li><li>Modeling positive dietary behaviors by joining clients during meal times.</li><li>Promoting the well-being of all clients by serving as a positive role model in terms of dress, grooming, communication, and behavior.</li><li>Facilitating the execution of the treatment plan established by the Therapist and providing day-to-day support.</li><li>Leading therapeutic groups covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, DBT, psychoeducation, and life skills.</li><li>Assisting the Program Director and Therapists in various aspects of client care, including discharge planning and transition support.</li><li>Attending weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings and sharing essential client progress information with the treatment team.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Commitment to attending all training, education, and staff enrichment activities.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work independently.</li><li>Preferred: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.&nbsp;</li><li>Preferred: One year of experience in working with children, mental health, counseling, or the eating disorder field.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with eating disorders and are ready to contribute to a supportive and compassionate team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.</p><p>LGTC Group is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
