The role We’re building out the GTM team at Flipturn with a Growth Associate. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the top of the funnel - executing campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with senior decision-makers across fleet, real estate, and other sectors. You’ll work to refine our outbound strategy, shape messaging, and identify new opportunities in a fast-moving and rapidly growing industry. This is an ideal role if you want to learn how a high-growth climate tech startup builds its commercial engine and if you’re eager to grow into an full-cycle Account Executive role quickly. What you’ll work on You’ll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities. Specifically: Run multi-channel outreach : Manage outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive demand and book demos Map accounts : Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations Test and iterate : Experiment with new messaging, outreach sequences, and creative tactics to increase conversion rates Collaborate : Partner with the growth team to analyze campaign performance and continually improve playbooks Build for scale : Help create scripts, processes, and documentation that future GTM Associates will use as we scale the team About you We’re looking for someone excited to join a small but quickly moving climate tech startup in the EV charging space.
