Job Summary B&A is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. Responsibilities Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies. Personnel must be proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required. Education and Experience A Bachelor’s degree in in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration. Required Skills Must have demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements. Personnel must have experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations. Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required. Desired Skills Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) DoD Financial Management Certification Security Clearance This position does not require a security clearance; however, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
