POSITION SUMMARY: The Composite Operator role involves building fiberglass parts using different tools involving molds, in a closed environment or closed area (booth) following specific techniques and guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Prepare Materials & Molds – Get materials and molds ready to build a product.
Manufacture Parts – Use methods like hand lay up and vacuum infusion to shape and build fiberglass components.
Follow Safety & Quality Standards – Work safely and ensure all parts meet high quality standards.
Inspect Parts – Check parts for any flaws or air bubbles and correct them as needed.
Support Lean Initiatives – Follow company processes that help improve productivity and safety
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Composite & Fiberglass Experience (Preferred) – Experience working with composites, fiberglass, sanding, or grinding tools is a plus, but not required.
Hands On Skills – Comfortable using basic tools, with training provided for pneumatic, electric, and manual hand tools.
Attention to Detail – Takes pride in producing high quality parts by following instructions carefully.
Team Player – Works well with others to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
Reliable & Independent – Shows up on time, follows directions, and takes initiative when needed.
Physical Readiness – Able to stand for long periods and lift 20–50 lbs. as needed.
